I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and earned my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Carolina University and Bachelors degree from the University of Vermont. I also hold a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School. Currently, I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families working through emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relational issues, and school related issues.
I believe in a wholistic approach to well-being incorporating mind, body, and spirit to overall health. I blend many therapeutic techniques including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology to help clients achieve goals and maximize growth. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship and challenging clients to discover strength in their own resources – internal and external.
